When I ordered a simples ham sandwich, I got a full French bread, like a foot long too! I didn't really know if I was impressed or scared to be honest, but seriously I need something to eat which doesn't make my jaw hurt so much.
(I'm saving the rest for my meals for the rest of the week!) Happy Holidaying!
