"Beatrix Reid, I love you." Matt said, taking my hands in his. "And I want to spend the rest of my life with you." Part of me realized that I should be happy, that I was getting proposed to. But as he got down on one knee the bigger part of me knew this was wrong. I told myself I loved him. But did I really? "Will you marry me?" I blinked. I had no ideas what to say. What to do. I was lost. "Matt..." I said, my voice raspy and shaky. His face immediately fell. At least he knew where I was going and wouldn't be totally surprised. "Matt," I said again, clearer, "I can't--" he cut me off by saying. "And did you ever actually like me, or were you just stringing me along like the rest of them?" Anger started to swell inside me, how dare he say something like that! I was not a heartbreaking whore! And with that he walked off. Fuck. What did I do? What would happen with Andy and Morti. Andy was Matt's best friend and Morticia was mine. I hope this doesn't ruin what they have. As soon I was done giving the waiter his tip and leaving, my phone rang. "WTF DID YOU FUCKING DO?!" Morti screamed into my ear. "I said no." I replied. I did nit want to have this conversation right now. Guilt had already started eating me away. "I hate you." She said. "I love you too." I mumbled and hung up on her. I'd have he'll to pay later.

**Chris** Haydn walked into my room, his face in a frown. "What did she say?" I asked eagerly, hoping that his frown was just a joke. "She said.... Yes." He looked at the ground awkwardly. He only did this when..... Please no. She was engaged. In love. And it wasn't me. It hit me. Hard. She was getting married to him. "Dude," Haydn put his hand on my shoulder. Which was now hunched forward. "I know this sounds lame, but you tell her how you feel."

**Beatrixx** I grabbed a bottle of whiskey from Morti's "secret" stash and a pack of cigarettes. I planned on drowning out my guilt. **Chris** I drove up to her house, looking for a place to park. There must be an engagement party or something. Some sort of celebration. I parked the car and quickly ran up to her house, wanting to escape the cold winds. It was Morticia who answered. She looked a bit tipsy. But was able to form a sentence "She needs you. Matt is dumb." I couldn't agree more, I said silently, walking by her and shutting the door. The house was full of smells, body odor, alcohol, cigarettes and weed. I checked all the other rooms first, knowing that she would be in her bedroom. She could only handle so much party. I remember we used to sneak out just to talk. I swallowed and knocked on the door. A man opened it. He was shirtless and was smiling from ear to ear. "Can I help you?" He asked. "Is Trixxi in there?" I asked, trying to look around him, but he blocked my view. "Uh... Who?" "Beatrixx?" the name clicked this time. "Why?" he spoke slowly and cautiously. "I need to tell her something." I was loosing my patience. "Let him in!" I heard her say and the guy moved. She was obviously drunk. She never got drunk. She hated it. "Trixxi?" I walked over to her bed, that she was sprawled out on, she was wearing barely and clothes and looked like a slut. "Chrissstofuuurdruuingle" She slurred my name together. "Trixxi, I came to tell you something, but I can see your busy." I glared at the guy in the doorway. "I'll just tell you later." "No!" She screamed, "tell me now!" "I was just going to say that I love you and...." I trailed off. Watching her face. She furrowed her brow and frowned. It was adorable. "I love you too?" she questioned and then smiled again. Her face lighting up. "I love you too!" she looked extremely happy with herself. "But you're drunk, so it doesn't count." It kind of hurt me that she was saying it when she was drunk. "I am not dunk!" She protested. I simply raised my eyebrow quizzically in response and she burst out laughing. "Okay, maybe a little bit." she held her fingers up to show how much. "Bye Trixxi." I turned and walked out, despite her protest. It didn't kind of hurt that she told me when she was drunk. It really hurt and I have no ideas why. Isn't druken words supposed to be sober thoughts? I doubt that. My Trixxi was engaged. She didnt love me the way I loved her. And that's what really hurt.

**Beatrixx** I pulled out my phone and quickly dialed in that familiar number, while Morti was busy typing away on her. We had to get this sort out. I waited for him to pick up, and after I had lost count of the rings, the phone clicked over to answering machine. I recorded my message and hung up. I wiped a tear from my eye. All of our fans don't hate us, like the Morticiabeingpregnant issue we have had. But the one person who I need at the moment hates me. "No luck?" Morti asked, glancing up for a second, before continuing what she was doing. I **Chris** "Chris, I need to talk to you. Chris please pick up. It's not what you think. Matt and I are-" The message was cutoff with a beep. I bet she planned that. Screw her. But she seemed so upset. Her voice had been quavering slightly and she just seemed off. Should I call back? **Matt** Just for a moment, even thought it wasn't true, Beatrixx and I are getting married. Or atleast that's what everybody thinks. And just for a moment I want to savor it. **Beatrixx** "I know what I have to do!" I jumped up off the couch, launching a pack of cigarettes halfway across the room. Right now I didn't care. I had been moping around all day and I needed to fix this. "What?" Morti Looked at me, over Alice. She had been improving super cheesy songs about the situation. And if Alice wasn't so gorgeous, I might have broke her, just to make Morti stop. "I'm going to drive to Chris' house and make him listen." I nodded, confidently. "I told you to do that hours ago." She sighed and strummed the same chord she'd been playing for the past hours. "Yeah well, I just talked myself into it." I laughed nervously and headed out the door. **Chris** A loud banging on the door interrupted my playing. Was it her? I got up as quickly as I could, practically running to the door. When I opened it, and saw her face...... **Morticia (Morti)** His face went from ecstatic to upset when he opened the door. Was I not good enough for the high and mighty Christofer Drew Ingle? "Christofer Drew Ingle, we need to talk." I pushed by him, entering his house. "Morticia, as glad as I am to see you-" He started but I put my hand up to cut him off. "I know you were hoping for Bea, but she chickened out and I snuck here to tell you that it's not true. None of it. And your just a dumb fucking ass if you don't see how much she fucking loves you. Even if she's too fucking dumb to say it herself. And not answering her call really upset here. STUPID FUCKING DUMB ASS!" I stopped to hit him, but instead he wrapped me in a hug. "Thank you, Morticia!" He called, running out of his house a huge smile plastered to his face. Where the fuck was he going? **Chris** The door flew open and I was greeted by Morticia and Chris' smiling faces. Wtf was going on.... Chris stepped forward, and I moved back in response. He hadn't answered his phone. He didn't care enough to at least listen. Why should I? The smile faded and he looked heart broken. I had to resist the urge to go over to him and comfort him. "Bea quit being a bitch. He came to tell you how much he cares about you." Morticia intervened. "He could have told me over the phone." I muttered. But they both had heard me. I need to work on muttering. "Trixxi, I'm sorry I didn't answer. I just didn't want to face you, because you were engaged to Matt. And I couldn't deal with it because I love you so fucking much." He moved towards me and cupped my face in his hands so I ws looking at him. "I love you." He said softer this time. I smiled, leaning in and kissing him. Like actually kissing him. And I wasn't freaking out. Well, at least if I didn't think of it. "I love you too." I whispered as we pulled apart.

So it got really cheesy, really fast, but I'm tired.
