Chapter 37
It was night and the darkness was the only thing which kept me safe.
As James took a shower before dinner I packed my stuff in a weekend bag.
I didn't leave him a note or a massage. I just left the house. I didn't know which way to go so I just walked away from the house.
" well, well, well. Look who we have here". I looked up from the ground and saw John sitting on a bench.
" what will happen it I come with you?". I asked him cause I might do it. Just for James. I wanted him to be happy, not fight for me or sleep terrible sleep at night.
" we will be a couple, like we used to be. And you don't have to be thinking about me getting into a fight". He said it with a smile and I saw his eyes in the moonlight. I remembered how me and him used to be.
A year ago, we took a trip to California. We had so much fun. He didn't seem odd. He didn't look like a demon. His looks were always questioned of me. How hot he was and nice and cute. But that was then.
All I could see was a demon in front of me. Standing there wanting me to be with him.
" we, me and you will be reborn over and over again and we can be together. James will move on and go to heaven and that's it. You will not torture him. He might like heaven but wants you more". That sounded true. James was stuck here because of me.
" I want him to be happy, but you have to realize that I have no feelings for you". I said it to him and I realized it. I want James.
I found out that I was nothing without a guy who loved me.
I turned around to walk back but it was too late.
