Chapter 52
We left the cafe and kept on walking. It was so nice to hold his hand and see new stuff. The buildings were huge and the stores were all opened and so expensive. But he didn't care. He took me to a very expensive store and made me find a dress while he looked around. I hated shopping for sure but he wanted me to find a dress and I had no idea why...
As the sun was going down, both of us were a bit tiered. We walked a lot and talked. The dress I found was beautiful. Even though I didn't like dresses I bought it for James. We took the elevator back to our room.
" Alice I have been thinking...". He said in the elevator, looking at his reflection on the golden door. " about what James?". I wondered. " if I sleep with you and no body knew.....". What changed his mind? " you know what? Forget it". He said in an upset voice. " James? Who will know?". I asked. " I don't know, but if you get pregnant you will stay here forever. You will live this over and over again without remembering a thing". He said it with pain in his eyes.
The elevator stopped and we walked to our room. I closed the door behind me and then said " we can use protection you know". He looked at me and smiled. " yes we can Alice......". He looked at me with a worried look. He knew that. He knew everything but he didn't want to ruin this. And I had no idea what to do.
We both wanted it, we loved each other. What stopped us? " let's take a nap, we have to eat dinner". He said as he took his shirt off.
" what when?". I asked. " 2 hours, we will sleep for an hour and get ready in the next". He said it as he got under the cover. He closed his eyes and I just stood there looking at him.
