Chapter 5
I wondered if that guy was looking for something or not. He seemed like a very nice guy. With a great personality. I kept thinking of how I would meet him again.
" well I have to go, I really had a great time". I said as I stood up. " Emily, please stay". He had his hand on mine. My heart was beating fast for some reason, but I just couldn't. " no sorry!! I have to go". I walked out and it hit me. I haven't taken his number and I haven't payed for my food.
I walked back home, knowing I needed to just relax for a day. It was stress. At work and the new thing. The new person, Jakob. I forgot to ask him if he lived here or not. How stupid of me!
Jakob's side;
She just left me, although we had a lovely time. I wanted to see her again. But before I said that she left. I was ok with the thought of paying for the food. I was glad I did. My phone rang when I walked out. But it wasn't mine. It was hers. I took it to look at it and she forgot it with me cause I was looking for the damage.
Reflex, that what made me put it in my pocket. I had my own phone. And we were lost in the conversation so she forgot about her phone. I couldn't unlock it. And the phone call came from a guy named Adam.
" hello". I said, I was about to explain when I heard him say. " so she took you home? I wonder why she didn't take her best friend; me". He said as he laughed. What was he talking about. " she forgot her phone. Where does she live?". I asked in a calm voice. But Adam just laughed. " she lives". And he hung up the phone..
