Just to warn you now this is a long one but judging by all the story's I have to tell I think it's going to be worth it.
What your about to read is not even half of the mayhem that erupted here probably cause I can't remember the rest. Everything began normally, just a bunch of excited teenagers all squashed in a coach like tuna in a tin and let me tell you that by the end of the ride it probably smelt worse than that. Ya everything was normal until this one guy came aboard with a crate of strongbow, much welcomed by the kids on this coach. So we started as we meant to go on and in no time things were getting blurry and dizzy and everything was funny and if that wasn't enough some parent of a kid decided to buy £200 worth of drink at duty free. So as you can imagine the trip there was pritty hectic. We pulled up at the hotel at midnight, which would have been a sensible time to hit the hay, but no this lot are not sensible. Not satisfied with the endless amount of drink on the coach we hit the pub and this is when things really got going. I must remind you 70% of the people on this trip are under 16 but we partied like big boys. The beer was flooding in. Later on that night some wise kid thought that the hotel was on fire (probably cause of the amount if cigarettes being smoked) so guess what? He pulled out the fire extinguisher and let it rip. let me tell you from experiance those things hurt when they hit you. After saving us all from the blaze the French police were called and we all saw this as a good time to go to bed.
I think it would be best if we forgot about the mornings cause I think we all saw better days. Even some of the parents were bad, you might even say worse off than us. Well today was match day and if you put all the tiredness and hungover effects to one side, the whole team was pumped. But before we could get going we had to go to court. No it wasn't for the police affair last night, it's just a silly little thing we did to make the tour a bit funnier. Basically if you did anything stupid throughout the trip you had to pay a fine. Most of us was bankrupt at the end of this. The rugby was good, fast paced and enjoyable mainly because we won all our group games and didn't give away points, and apparently I played really well, people flooded in to tell me this. Unfortunately for us the victories meant we had to play again tomorrow in the semi-finals so we were not allowed to get shit faced, not yet anyway. Dinner that night was at an unusual destination... A former pornography theatre and you think I'm joking!! We nearly started a food fight in there before getting kicked out onto the crappy streets of Lille. We picked fights with French people but none of them was in the mood. No beer was allowed that night back at the hotel but we were out of heads anyway cause of the drink at the porn house and so like the maniacs we are, we decided to go on a naked run and nearly get the police down here again. Rugby the next day didn't really go to plan and we lost our semi finals to the what would be winners of the tournament, but hay at least we scored. So that night there was no holding back, let the flood gates of the river of beer be opened and like pro's we are we got hammered. Hard. That night was the final court session and it appeared that everyone on this tour had to pay for something or another, my fine was for wearing the wrong socks during one of the days. At this point we were about to head home before the final ride back home, back to reality. But the kids wanted to vote for a player of the tour, so silently we voted and soon enough the voting was over and we had a winner. I don't want to sound an like cocky idiot but to my surprise the player of the tour was me. I was so happy! I bet your wondering what my prize was? To celebrate my victory I had to down a pint of beer that I did like a natural. That that was that then, a great weekend with a great ending all I want to do now is go again soon. And if your still reading this thinking God this is long i do praise you but you can't say I didn't warn you! :D
