Just got back from an unexpected visit to the family doctor due to bothersome results after undergoing Executive Panel.
Verdict:
29 years young, high cholesterol,high uric acid and borderline in other parameters. This is outrageous. Therefore today I DECIDE its time for a major change. A major lifestyle overhaul if I wanna be able to meet my grandkids. Mark this day. Today i make a life changing decision. So help me God.
