The two of us met in an unusual way. They all say we're crazy, it's true, but who in the world are they to say?
My aunt and uncle in law, they were the same. Man and woman, so perfectly in love, even their love would make them look insane.
I must say it brings a lot of comfort. It helps to see that others fought the same, and makes me believe I can confront, all the pesky liars, trying to put out our flame.
This love is on fire, never to be put out. We're just like my aunt and my uncle, we're the same, in that we know what we're about. This love is strong, it will keep us up above the struggle.
They couldn't have a child, so they adopted; no challenge could ever make them give up. They fought for years just to have a child adopted, no challenge was too great, nothing made them give up.
We're the same, you and I. We're so in love, you and I. It just so happens, we can have children, and oh my love, will we have children.
