The angel laughed, and the devil sighed. One of them just broke down and cried.
Angels never feel the deepest pain, but devils are always in the rain.
Comfort me now, the devil said. The angel soon forgot what the devil said.
The more the angel laughed out loud, the deeper the sad devil just fell down.
Suddenly the devil started washing tears, the angel didn't understand all these fears.
The angel laughed, there's nothing to be sad about, but that only made the devil cry, and feel left out.
Devils and angels were once born the same, but one fell too deep, and the other rose to fame.
