Last night I got home late,

I was in a disputable state,

Dad wasn't happy at all,

When going up the stairs I had a fall,

He was furiously red,

So I apologised instead,

He smiled warmly after that,

So I made my way to fluffy the cat,

I'd been wandering alone that night,

The cold dark weather gave me a fright,

But fluffy reassured me,

Imagination was the monster I'd seen,

Then we curled up to sleep together,

Then was when I realised, I'd be a cat man forever.
