Little Lisa looked lovely in the light She wore a pretty dress, oh my, it was such a pretty site
It was prom night, and the lights were down low, There she was looking beautiful, she was stood all alone
The music got slow so I approached her for a dance The smile on her face was gorgeous as I took her by the hand
We danced for what seemed like ages but it was just a 3 minute song, It just felt so right.. It didn't feel at all a little bit wrong
I walked her home that night, we strolled along a beach, We took our shoes and socks off, and in between our toes the waves would reach
A clear night sky, the stars could be seen for miles With eyes so wide, all we could do was smile
Time to head home now, it all ends with a kiss, I let go of her hand, and the last touch is our fingertips It's been a good night I'm glad to say I shall sleep well tonight and look forward to another day
