Twelve months ago at twenty nine minutes past three; I received the best early Christmas present, you ever did see.
Eight months before that, I was sipping cocktails by the Caribbean sea; Thinking my bosoms look bigger, than their normal double D.
The holiday of a lifetime, to celebrate our big four 0; There was a little miracle growing inside, but I didn't actually know.
We had waited patiently, for seven long years; Their was a lot of fun trying, but many,many tears.
So when I saw that blue line, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry; But on the very same day, I had to kiss my horse riding goodbye.
So today my little miracle, turns a big number ONE; And she has the bestest big brother, who's second to none.
He's already decorated the house with banners and balloons; And he'll welcome lots of visitors, starting from noon.
But... there is someone who loves her more than anyone else; Who won't be here to kiss and cuddle her himself.
He's thousands of miles and smiles away; Thinking of his daughter on this special day.
Happy first birthday Erin, I love you so; From the top of your little head, down to your tippy tippy toes.
