Don't know what to do with those left over spotty bananas? Well here's a loaf that's rather yummy and easy to do, even the kiddie winkles can do it as not much measuring
3 very ripe bananas Pinch of salt 1 1/2 cups of plain flour 1 cup of sugar 1 beaten eggs 1 tsp of Bof Soda 2 oz melted marg
Mash bananas Mix all together Add eggs and marg Bake in greased loaf tin for 1hr in slow oven 300f/150c
You could vary it by adding a touch of mixed spice or some chopped nuts.
