Ok here's something for the kiddies and those with a very sweet tooth. It's toooo sweet for me but Alex and his friends love it. =========
Ingredients: Marshmallows Large bar of dark chocolate Plain biscuits like Nice that are rectangular Wine gums White skull crushers ( not sure what you would call them but the sweets that are white chocolate skulls with pink inside) Cheap tube if white or black icing to use for writing
What to do :
Melt 200g of chopped marshmallows, 50g of unsalted butter and 200g of dark choc over a low heat, then leave to cool slightly. Crumble in about 10-13 biscuits Also decorate some of the biscuits like gravestones with RIP etc on them Whip up 300ml of double cream until thick, then fold it in to the chocolate mixture.
Spoon it all into a rectangular dish , put the skulls and wine gums on it now ... Then ... Chill in fridge for about an hour to set When ready to serve arrange your gravestone biscuits in it. You could even put in little sprigs of mint to look like weeds.
