Forgach was a descendant of Count Forgach, of north- eastern Hungary. His family had a history of telepaths and clairvoyants. However, the family was ridiculed following the fatal hypnotic seance of 1894, where young Ella fell into a hypnotic sleep and died Since then, hypnomania has not been practiced, nor is it spoken of, until tonight.
Forgach was distinguished in appearance, quietly powerful, calculating, but a faithful husband and friend to those close to him.
Following the declaration of The Republic of Hungary, nobilities titles were abolished. He lost many things, during the chilly days of communism, including property, works of art, but not his music. He was an accomplished and acclaimed pianist in his own right, preferring to perform under a pseudonym, at private and public performances. That was how he met Stefán and Mária during Budapest's cultural and spiritual renewal.
He still had the sumptuous apartment they were in now. It wasn't always so, following the red army's theft. It had taken him many years to reclaim his possessions and return it to its resplendent glory. It was also here, that he slowly renewed his interest in his family's history. And so his gatherings began.
