Each day I'll show you what I think, Though my eyes can only blink, Motionless rings of a pale blue, Stare in different directions before you.
My eyes are not controlled by me, Though I don't need the picture of life to see, The evil and hatred that surrounds us each day, But I still see them, they won't go away.
Watch my hands as they perform so free, Paint the twining shades of green, I may not have the use of my eyes, But I don't need them to show you the lies.
My eyes are not controlled by me, Though I don't need the picture of life to see, The evil and hatred that surrounds us each day, But I still see them, they won't go away.
I'll present to you my canvas covered in paint, Interpret them closely without restraint, Work out what I'm trying to say Crying that I have to live another day.
