Breakfast

Yeo Valley Mango and Vanilla yogurt Yeo Valley Strawberry yogurt Food Doctor Granola Dried Fruit and Nuts Sesame seeds Honey Nectarine

In the morning I never usually can be bothered to eat breakfast but sometime I love to experiment with foods. When I was rummaging around the fridge looking for something I wanted to eat I found 4 Yeo Valley yogurt tubs in different flavours. The ones that caught my eye were mango and vanilla' and 'strawberry.' I ran upstairs and asked mum if I could use them for breakfast and she said yes as we'll as recommending come granola she had in the cupboard. I dug that would and poured the yogurt and granola into a bowl. I was still looking for something else so I looked around in the cupboard where we keep all of the unhealthy snacks out of habit but due to our healthy phase there was no chocolate or sweets. However I did see a packet of dried fruit and nuts which I thought went with it nicely and i also added some sesame seeds for zinc and topped it off with a squirt of honey for sweetness. I grabbed a nectarine because I really need to eat more fruit. I mixed it all together in the bowl, not the nectarine, and it smelled amazing! It tasted great, even though some of the dried fruit I don't usually like. I give it an 8/10 because it was delicious and fairly quick and easy to make, however a lot of ingredients were needed.
