Stop Pretending

Stop pretending,
Show your true self.
Remove the mask,
And say you regret it from the start.

We've all pretend for a lot of things,
To get a boy or girl,
To be cool and trendy,
To get a little attention,
Those things that we don't need..

Remove the mask,
That's covering the true colors of your face,
Show your colors,
Don't be afraid.

Everyone hides,
Everyone pretends,
Everyone does stupid stuff,
But soon, we've gotta show ourselves in the end.

We can't hide forever!
Soon, we have to reveal.
Don't be fake, just be real.

:) I wrote this cause I felt like it :P the poem's saying that we shouldn't hide, we should show our true selves :)

This poem is inspired by a line from a song..

"We can both remove the mask and say that we've regret it from the start.."

It went, somewhat like that :P

Well, not really just that line. The whole song really but that line was the reason I wrote this suckish poem xP

Don't be fake and plastic, be real cause it's fantastic! x)
