The song was hypnotizing and beautiful. I couldn't help but lift the hem of my gown and break into a light waltz through the twilight trees. I'd never felt so free in my life. The moonlight gleam, the clear night, the ocarina...

I danced and danced, until I had just begun to reach the narrow stream were the raven haired boy sat. It was then that his piercing blue eyes caught mine and he ceased playing the ocarina in surprise.

"What are you doing here?" He asked suddenly, his seemed shaken and angry, so unlike his easeful song.

"Listening to you play. I wish you would keep playing." I replied innocently, rather enamored by his stunning gaze.

"You shouldn't be here," he said directly, "it's not safe."

"What do you mean it's not safe? I am perfectly able to care for myself." I retorted, feeling rather hurt by his disapproval.

"You're just a girl..." he snickered lightly, eyes cast downward toward his instrument.
