Chapter 4 ~ A dangerous side I never knew.
The next day I didn't ride my bike, because I feel a little dizzy and my neck stings a bit. My parents disapprove of me going to school and they told me to stay at home for the week, but the exams are coming in a few weeks and I want to pass this term so bad I can't risk missing school.
I arrive at the school gate, noticing the hands of the clock tower is fifteen minutes to seven. I pause and think to myself I arrive a lot earlier than usual.
I suddenly notice some students rushing with concern and curiosity to some place. I hear loud shouting from a large crowd, out of curiosity I follow the shouting and yelling.
I follow the noise to the east side of the building where the swimming pool is.
As I draw nearer suddenly my shoulder is pushed in an incredible force I almost lost balance. I look up to see one of the school's security guards running as fast as he can and he didn't bother to apologize.
Almost at the tip of losing my temper I follow the guard.
I see a large crowd shouting and cheering, "Fight! Fight!"
The guard that accidentally hit me tries to squeeze into the crowd instead he got thrown out of the way. I grin with amusement.
I tip toe trying to look at whose fighting my heart sinks when I catch a glimpse of Jun har being hit with incredible force on his face and he has visible bruises all over his face.
I lost my balance and fall but no one bother and no one saw me. I quickly jump up and forcefully squeeze into the crowd.
I'm being crushed and it feels like a forest in here. I'm being hit and block by giant tree branches which relearned the arms of the crowd and the leaves scratching my face with their thorns representing the crowds hair.
I'm almost crushed but I manage to reach Jun Hae in time pushing his opponent with a lot of strength and he stumbles down.
Jun Hae hurries towards me, "Aeia!"' he says worriedly. "You need to stay put of this you'll get hurt!"
"But..." I mutter.
Jun Hae interrupts, "Aeia!"
"What?"
Jun Hae grabs ahold of me around his arms and moves out of the way, noticing the person who Jun Hae's fighting holding a rusted iron bar.
Jun Hae then runs to him and kicks the bar out of his hand and he swings his fist to the guys stomach, hurling him to the crowd.
"I don't want to waste any time with you!" Jun Hae says fiercely. "But if you ever try to hurt her again, I'm going to end you."
His last words scares me and I flinch in shock.
Jun Hae leads me away from the crowd ignoring the teachers that has just come, "Jun Hae, you're..."
Jun Hae looks at me with his soft eyes, "What is it?"
My eyes widens to see a sudden change in his expression. He's calm and his expression is very soft and gentle all of a sudden.
"Is there something wrong?" Jun Hae asks.
"Ah!" I jump nervously. "No! Nothings wrong. It's just that the teachers are..."
"That doesn't matter." he interrupts.
"But..."
"It's ok..." he says gently.
I couldn't help but go with it, because of his sudden fierce nature to a gentle nature. His gentleness is so heart-warming I'm starting to wonder if I'm falling for him again...
