The best way to deal with having two brothers and no sister is to wing it. Seriously.
The older brother is usually the overly protective one, right? Not in my case and in some others. Ladies out there, if you have a brother who'd rather roll around in bed, sleep all day, stay out until the early hours, and not acknowledge you, it's best to stand your ground. Especially when the parents are around. There are times when you can't even enjoy yourself when he sends cryptic signals about either caring for you or not.
Then there's the younger one. I have been blessed with a younger brother who has more mood swings than a pregnant woman and a teenager on PMS combined. Yes, it's that bad. Those who have little brothers who look up to them and are adored, I envy all of thee. Younger brothers are usually shorter than us until the hormones kick in for them and hello growth spurt. Trust me when I say that it sucks fighting back with a moody brother. Not to mention one that's as stubborn as a bull.
You see, there are so many ways to deal with them. So may different approaches. The best one in my books: ignore them. Since my brothers seem to only remember me when they need something, I'm not even surprised anymore that we rarely see each other let alone have a decent conversation. Funny, don't you think?
