As you see him coming you MUST connect. See your opponent and connect not just your gaze but connect your body. Activate your movement, mean it! Otherwise you will get hurt. Throw me now and practice because you won't have time to go slow, or do it again. You will only have one chance to defend yourself and the people you love. So take that chance and pass with flying colours. :)
