Tell him how he feels! It sounds like he is a bit of a player, be sure he isn't testing anyone else at the same time as you, this happened to me before! Tell him you want to do stuff with him and be like a proper couple! Make sure you talk to him alot, that is the key!! X

Than I that case, I say you talk to hi and tell him to stop flirting etc because you're not okay with it and see whether he stops. If he doesn't, than tell him he can have his way, flirt with everybody but you'll consider him single than and he's your best friend..i mean if he'd die for you, surely stopping flirting is an easy task isn't it? See how it works out
