Forget talking, where are the tunes?
Getting an app to fly air balloons.
Becoming addicted, can't put it down,
The internet signal makes me frown.
Messaging people over the phone,
Watching videos that make you feel mindblown.
Streaming movies, watching tv,
What else could there possibly be?
Facebook and twitter constantly going,
Writing opinions, often chowing.
Calendars trying to sort your life,
Googling your perfect husband or wife.
Talking to Siri your computer friend,
Tell her a message which he'll then send.
Playing games like a small naive child,
Losing your marbles; getting pretty wild.
Reading a book page by page,
Wondering if its worth your wage.
Following instructions on how to cook,
Whether its ham, turkey, even duck.
Facetiming people wherever you are,
You can be really close or really far.
Talking to someone you hate a lot,
Then leaving with the excuse "Oh iforgot".
Technology has developed so much I believe,
Who knows what in a few more years we'll achieve.
