She looks in the mirror with a blank expression,
She hates herself; it's a true confession.
When she smiles, it's very rare,
Because she's conscious and feels so bare.
All she sees is an ugly face,
When it's something any man would embrace.
She applies her mascara thick and black,
Only to show everyone her back.
She cries each night before going to bed,
Sometimes she wants to just drop dead.
Her long brown hair begins to unfold,
It falls down her back lifeless and cold.
She wants a normal life but she is just too upset,
Obviously no one said that she was beautiful yet.
The girl hated her body from head to toe,
But why she did I just don't know...
She had illusions and saw rolls of fat,
So scarcely ate. Once if that.
One day she went to the kitchen to end all the pain,
She cut herself so deep that she never spoke again.
But just before she did, she wrote a small note,
It's what she said before she died but written as a quote.
"mirror mirror on the wall,
If I can't be beautiful, I won't live at all."
