Growing up is a funny thing. It wasn't what I expected it to be. You see in all the movies about the great experience you have being a teenager, the coming of age, the chance to do things that you never thought you'd have the chance to do! I've found out the hard way that none of that is actually true. Being a teenager sucks, let's just get that out there first. You go from not caring about what you look like or your status to your whole life revolving around it. One wrong move and bam! Everything youve worked for is gone. I think the one thing I hate the most is the way people change. Suddenly the people you depended on your whole life have moved on, left you to follow around the people they see as being 'it'. And you just stand there, watching people stab you in the back, use you, make fun of you, and what can you do to stop it? Nothing. Because even if you deal with one person, another one will definitely come along and find another reason to make your life a misery. And dont even get me started on guys. Guys can be your best friends and your worst enemies. They treat you like princesses when they want something, and then when there done with you you're just kicked to the curb with the rest of their girls who are the 'only one for them'. When you enter your teenage years, people seem to just stop using their heads. They're naive, they don't realise the hurt they dish out to people who just want to get on with their lives, they treat everyone differently. Personally, I want to be the type of girl who gets on with life, gets on with everyone, is happy and has some of the best years of her life in school. But that's just a dream for me, that won't happen. All because of a select number who've declared it their mission to ruin the few years I have left in school. This isn't fair. Life isn't fair. But what can I do about it? I'm only a teenager

A girl taking life one step at a time. It has it's ups and downs and I guess these quotes reflect that really... Be prepared, I post an awful lot, but I love to write, and I hope you enjoy what I post as much as I do
