Alana ran towards the light to find the boy that had gone missing. "whats your name?" Alana asked in a frightened tone which she ment to be relif. "Toby." he replyed blankly "Where are you from?" was her nest question "Centerhamton." he replyed, again with no expretion. "Do you want to go back or stay here?" Alana asked. "I have no wants." Toby said "Do you even feel?" Alana said curiosly. "I do not feel." Toby said This made Alana panic. How long till she lost her emotions as well? "is there anyone with you?" she asked. "There was she ran away."
This sentance alone gave Alana so many questions about the boy. Who was he? Could he see to? Why was he here? There was one question she wanted ansers to more than the others was how long till she lost her fellings to? If you thought it must have been hard for her to live with mixed emotions think about how hard it would be to live without them. People would't be able to understand you at all. This would (and would do for anyone else) send her into a state of panic but panic means bravery in the world of the heartfly's so bravery is what Alana felt now.
"How long ago did this girl leave?" asked Alana "Ellie is over there if thars what you mean." Toby said and waved his hand in the direction of a tinny light waving in the distance. Alana walked towards it slowly thinking about wether she should be exited or not when a frightened voice screemed out to her. "Toby! Is that you? Im sorry i didn't mean it you do like me don't you! Please say im your freind, please." shouted the voice. "I do not like or have freinds." Alana stated in reply almost roboticly. "No i ment... Anyway you have to help me your woryed! That means you can still feel! Help you have to tell me how!" Alana added quickly. "Oh thats easy. I just love Toby so much and sometimes i think i hate him but i can remember. So i can still feel." said Ellie "Someone i love got it! Oh Tobus over here if you want to see him." The two girls walked over to toby but Ellie was less confident when she finaly got to her would be boyfreind. "Toby we can go back home now. This girl can show us out of here would you like that?" she said. "I do not like." Toby said mechanicly. This was the breaking point for Ellie. "We can still take him back you know." said Alana in an atempt to confort the poor girl. "He wont be angry or upset. You can take him back. Love him again!" "I do not love." Ellie relyed. "No! I can feel, i can i still love him... But i want to leave him here." "Why?" "Can you emagen explaining a boy that can't feel to his family. We have to leave him here."
This time Alana had no questions and mabie she was begining to find out about the feeling we call love. She grabed ellie's hand and walked with her back through the vortex to egsacly what she had always wanted. A new start.
