Formulating a plan for a hit and run. So many things to consider. Car or truck, perhaps a van. What speed? I mean if I do it too slow they might just jump out of the way or they might survive it. How about if I go to fast? If I go to fast my driving may become reckless, I mean I'm no professional driver. Color? Hmmm. Well I don't want anything that stands out. How about the time of day? Morning? Noon? Evening? Well I don't want to do it while its too busy cause I only have one target. And then I need to know where to go afterwards. Perhaps drive a ways then blend into traffic or just drive away as far as I can.
