Childhood days were a different world for me.
I remember myself as a child; When I thought I would never grow up, When I thought the world was different, When I thought only good things could happen.
Everything was perfect. I sat in the midst of all the wild flowers around me, just watching the sky dissolve from a milky white to a fierce red.
The 1980s were full of colour everywhere. New romantics and perm rockers with big hair. Being dropped off at school in my dads xr3. Ub40 and madness on top of the pops on the tv.
Born in the 1970s and my earliest recollection. Everything was brown and orange like autumnal perfection. Dad was an army officer so we moved around a lot.

I have two really special teddies. One is a lion called Lucky, the other is a woollen cat called Tessa. Lucky was my prize from when I win the Tombola in Bridlington.
