The scream is above us, above the trapdoor. "Quiet. Climb faster." Summer hisses. I almost want to just let go of the latter and fall, but I don't. Then I hear a shot. A shot of a gun. More screaming.
"Where are you taking me?" I ask Summer. We've been in the helicopter for a while, making circles around the Alps. "You'll see." Summer answers mysteriously. I sigh and lean back in my seat.
