The sun rose above me, shining through the gaps in between the leaves.
He woke up feeling strange.what could have been so wrong. He slept at nine as usual. He ran the same roads every evening. He even did his job right. So what could have gone wrong.
I'm a figure of round about 6 foot. That makes me tall for a child yet short for a man while I sit in the age group where your in-between. I'm neither fat or skinny, I'm very much an average kid.
I stare into the mirror, wondering what the other me thinks. I look closer, closer. "Got you." The world around me implodes, as me and my mirror image touch.
After tea break I went back up to the man, and I asked him why it was an unusual book.
Hannah looked nervously at her cracked watch. "He should be here by now"she anxiously whispered to herself.

They were all sitting quietly each lost in their own thought when they heard a knock on the door and Lorraine, Mercedes's grandmother walked in.
Rain falls on the old tin roof. She can't help but marvel at the muffled echoes of water striking metal. A petulant wind howls through the delicate house, raising small hairs on the back of her neck.
I woke up with head pounding and mouth dry. My legs and neck ached and complained loudly about being cramped up all night. I rubbed them vigorously and stretched them out trying to alleviate the pain.
I bowed my head towards my piping hot coffee and trough the blanket of steam that rose from the mug I could see my own reflection staring back at me.
Chapter Twenty (The final chapter!) I wiped my eyes and looked up only to see streams of tears running down Scotts cheeks and dropping of his chin. He was shaking. I'd never seen him like this.
When we get down to the beach I smell the salt. It's warming to know that this was once a happy world. Where kids could live and be free.

The campfire flickered, dancing like a nimble young girl away from the advances of the cold, biting wind. The grey-haired sentry pulled his scarlet cloak tighter around him.
I am a contradiction in skin. walking in chains, talking in freedom, all closed up, trying to bloom. I'm so lost, and there are no maps for feelings. it's like my batteries are dead.
Imagine sitting in a desert. Imagine all you can see around you is sand whipping up everywhere, and you see faint human outlines that you can't quite reach. All that is left is you and your thoughts.
