Darren had called his Mum twice a week since he'd moved in to his own house. It was never a great relationship, his dad had died when he was very young.

It's a story about Jenny Loo. A girl with red braids and grey eyes. The story begins. "AAAAHH!!" - I heard a scream and ran up the stairs. The door was open. The window was broken.
"You what?" Confusion was all that seemed possible at this point. "I never left." He said again, "Why don't we just go see the house?" he asked Lilly hopefully, and she nodded in agreement.
Lilly jumped from the old cliche looking barn, not wanting to spend one more second anywhere near it. Her muscles felt sore, her bones felt snapped in two, and her mind felt blank.
