It starts with a single thought that pops up in your mind, and usually it's in the middle of the night.
Today a leaf came down to greet me Falling gently on a breeze With intentions of reminding me Of the things I must release. Nature teaches of life's cycles. when to cling and when to fall.
I have many times sat alone in my room, feeling completely content with myself. The space which surrounds me feels so right. The music I listen to, so much better than it sounded yesterday.
Sometimes it's nice to be out of touch. Sometimes it's nice when you don't have to rush. Sometimes it's nice to read a good book. Sometimes it's nice to give nature a second look.
Close your eyes just for a while, And tell me what you see. Shut the noises, stop the voices, Breathe in like you're free. Clear your mind, wipe your thoughts, It's easy if you try.
At the start of the year, buy an empty jar. Throughout the year, if you have any happy memories of that day write them on a piece of paper and place it in the jar.
Enthusiasm; excitement & eagerness actually prevent you from getting closer sometimes. Learn to take a step back... Enjoy the silence for a moment & re-energise.
Have you looked in a mirror today. How many more times do you think you will today. Was there something you didn't like about yourself. Was it worth it.
Hello again and today is Monday, October 15, 2012. The senses in everyday life seem to be jumbled about in the rush of all these things. The way we're told to smell the roses, by sound, distracts us.
There is, in fact, so much beauty all around each of us, and sometimes it’s hard to see for all the smoke and debris, and sometimes it’s hard to hear because it’s so noisy.
You cannot change the past. It is written to last. You can learn a lesson. If there is a lesson to be learnt. You cannot change how you feel. Even if it makes others reel. You can plan the future.
We push ourselves so we can have a better tomorrow. Why can’t we push to have a better today. We work hard so that we will appreciate life in the future.

I lately challenged myself to something. I was thinking how starving some people actually are, and how fortunate I am.
Now and then I will wonder To myself I ask, why do I bother.
I'm just gonna sit and watch. Can't find no words to say. I'm just gonna move. Gently ease out of the way. I'm just gonna breathe in. Feel the freshness on my face. I'm just gonna feel the breeze.
I clear my mind.
Taking the bus has always been a favorite past time. It's air conditioned and comfortable and most of all as all seats are front facing; theres no awkward stares or eye contact.
Appreciate your life We say ' I hate my life.' but it's better living it than not having one.

Not many people like the rain, it makes them sad, cold, and they don't feel like they can go outside, because well, who wants to get caught in the rain. Personally, I love it.
Probably everyone's heard Ghandi's saying, "live every day as if it was your last". Well, it's good advice. And I've tried to follow it so many times.
