Name: An Untitled Story Genre: 2D Platformer This is a free game that was created by Matt Thorson back in 2007. I'd highly recommend any of his games but Untitled Story is my absolute favourite.
This is a classic, and widely regarded as one of the best free Indie games out there. So it felt like an obvious start. It's a simple looking 2D platformer focused around shooting and exploring.
I have been playing this game quite a lot lately after ages of, well, not playing it. To be honest, I find that this is an incredibly under-rated game by the public.

You're the freaking Batman, having freaking awesome adventures in freaking awesome scenarios, interacting with well-written and voiced characters. To sum this game up in one word: Batastic..
Where to start. This game is EPIC. Graphics are amazing, they will have you lost in a different world. Interaction with NPCs are a huge improvement over the previous Elder Scrolls.
