-NATE- "I'm going shopping for baby clothes with mother and Mrs V today, is that alright?" "Of course baby" I said, hugging Tiffany.
I phoned Lucy as soon as we got back and told her to come over. I showed her photos of the house and rooms. She commented politely, but I noticed a sad edge to her voice. 'Lucy what's wrong?' I asked.
I sat bolt upright in my bed, Adam rising quickly. 'what's wrong.' he whispered. 'shhh' I said quietly, I took his hand and placed it flat against the right bottom of my bump.

I gasped as the cool gel hit my stomach, Adam squeezed my hand excitedly, today we were going to see our baby for the first time.

Two days had passed since I found out I was pregnant.
-NATE- "This is the perfect one" Tiffany said as soon as we walked into the fifth apartment of the day. "Let's have a look first" I began, but she was certain this was 'the one'.
I watch her, standing by the sea, staring at the water. Her dress is in tatters, the white silk ruined with stains and tears.
'oh wow, Abby that's so exciting.' Lucy squealed hugging me back. 'how long have you two been trying?'. 'almost a year.' I sighed.
-TIFFANY- "Happy birthday gorgeous" Nate said, walking into my room with a single box. "Morning" I said, turning over and smiling at him.
For the first week that Adam was away, I just wandered around my room, spending every second of the day thinking about if Adam was ok.
-NATE- She kissed me tenderly on the forehead before leaving with Sandy. "Bring me back a pastry!" I shouted after her just as she walked through the door.
-TIFFANY- Ellie and Joe left an hour after I'd fallen asleep, according to Nate. He'd just lay there with me in his arms for around three hours.
