Ok so I've just got a phone call from Grandma about Grandad's cancer.... He's ok. They've removed it from his bladder, he's awake and ok from the operation.

It's been a week since mrs got out of hospital after her op and her recovery and spirit are inspirational. I took her to a check up with the surgeon today and her dressing was removed.
I took my family away for the weekend, just got in the car and drove until we wanted to stop. We ended up hunting Nessie and seeing The Falls of Shin and had the best time in a long time.
