#opussweeklychallenge. Damn those Mayans, seems they were right. For the end of the world is clearly in sight. In just three days our world will be clean.
Dear Future, I am writing to you in the hope that I can save you from that which destroyed us. In the hope that we have risen from the ashes as a better people.
Fresh air My lungs gasp for fresh air, they are being starved. No oxygen to end my pain. Go search for the precious air. Why is there no oxygen. No oxygen because humans have been cutting down trees.
What's left when all is gone to ash. There's naught but fire and smog. When humanity will have to live, Whilst shrouded by the fog.
One by one the lights blinked off, And everybody screamed. And in the dark they realised, That this is what they'd dreamed. A dark, dark world, no end in sight, Void of energy.
The world was dead and empty, All life was dead and gone, A lifeless husk, once was a home, So much had gone so wrong.
