The loud laughter of the lunch room seems to be put on mute as my eyes scan the crowded room. He can't be here, he won't look here. My body feels tense, my mind becoming a nervous wreck.
The wind Screaming my name, Whipping at the walls, Shaking the window frame. It picks up speed, Howling in the night. There is a strong gust, What a terrible fright. It yells, Calling to me.
Hospitals never used to scare me. Not even when I was very young. I remember when I was about four, I had to go to hospital and have a tooth taken out. It didn't worry me in the slightest.
When I woke up this morning, my eyes shot straight up to see a MASSIVE black thing with 8legs moving. I screamed. Now I know what your thinking, I'm a wimp. Most certainly I. Am. Not.
Fear fills the silence. And silence fuels the fear. The silence tricks your mind. Into seeing things that are not there. If you'd heard what I've heard. You'd never turn off the light.
