Do you derive joy when someone else succeeds. Do you not play dirty when engaged in competition. Do you have a big intellectual capacity but know that it alone does not equate to wisdom.
Love is not measured by the length of time, Love is not measured by pennies or a dime, Love is not measured by how much we weep, Love is not measured by memories we keep.
I don't understand how hate can be such a bad word. It's an adjective used to purvey feelings of immense anger, nothing more. Love however, these days can be a far more hurtful word.
Love isn't perfect. It isn't a fairytale or a storybook. & it doesn't always come easy. Love is overcoming obstacles, facing challenges, fighting to be together, holding on & never letting go.
