A strange thing happened a short time back.....it began to snow and as soon as it had settled down, covering the country in a spectacular white carpet, as if by magic, families came out to play.
As I glide through the snow. I realize the world. The world of peace and tranquility. The world of timeless beauty. Hearing the crunching of the snow. With every stride of my skis below me.
So the diet will have started I should be eating lettuce right now Finally Christmas has departed But a visit to the gym is not going to happen somehow.
