Recently, in my Islamic Studies class, my teacher told us that when we die, depending on our deeds we will either be entertained by an angel or whipped by them.
I asked, "Wouldn't The Judgement Day be far away and the angel has to entertain every each and one of us? Doesn't the angel want his own time?" My teacher said, "No, in the Qur'an it is stated that angels were made not to have their own desires." So I told him "I hope I meet that angel, and when I do, I'll ask permission from The Man to let the angel do whatever the angel pleases, and to enjoy the angels own time".
He just laughed :( I know I sound childish, and normally I'm not but, try to put yourself in the angels shoes!
