Unlike the love that I'm used to
This beat up heart of mine can't take kisses of deception so love don't hurt me... point me towards the right direction...
Here I am with my undying affection and to you I open up
Showing you and only you my scars and imperfections...
Hoping that you won't turn my truth into shade and my happiness into rage
Because love, I can't take the pain...
The pain of you not loving me the way you profess to be, that is in love with me..
Love never hides because when you truly love someone you don't and you can't hide those emotions
You want the world to know
Not hide behind shadows and closed doors , keeping love locked down in chains and shackles , making me wonder is my love too much to handle.. Is it.. Too much to handle.. Cuz if so, let me live and let me go, instead of holding me back and helping me die slow....
