The Morning

So early it's dark,
the time before dawn.
Bells and cars are mellowed down,
footsteps are as loud as a bark.
Leaves crunching...oh yes! I hear it!
The silence slowly fading,
with my conscience gaining stability.
To be wake at a time,
when the world is asleep,
To share with those few awake,
an inexplicable dream.
Across the world,
life beckons life.
And someday,
or night...
I'll remember these little clearings
in a jungly way.
Soon the dawn will come,
hand in hand with troubles.
Faked smiles, glittering ,mocking eyes;
all asking, "Why so weak? Why so small?"
And I must think up a reply,
to satisfy all.

160.Lately

Hello again, and today is Friday, February 22, 2013. Lately I've been thinking about how I screw up a fair amount. Or how when I think I'm screwing up, and I'm actually not, I act too quickly.

I'd Like To Think.

I'd like to think I'm nice,. People have said so once or twice,. I'd like to think I'm fair,. What I have to offer I'm happy to share,. I'd like to think I'm honest and true,.

Careless To Judge

Care to join me. Care to see. Care to know what its like being me. Care to listen. Care to try. Care to wait as time goes by. Care to hold pain. Care to hurt. Care to fall. These knees hit dirt.

Catching Your Disguise

You hide behind your concrete wall Of shameful memories, Dreading all the things that made you fall And lose your sense of ease. An endless sea between your heart and head, Impossible to cross.
