You know what I love about my soccer team? We're all honest there. When you hate someone on the team, or someone hates you, no one tries too hard to hide it. People will even talk about you within earshot. And we all take it out on each other in practice, constructively and relatively safely. As a result, I probably dislike my least favorite person on my team less than I dislike some of my "friends" at school. At soccer, we sometimes hate each other. But we're all clear about it and we thrash it out, so it's all good. There's none of that fakeness and crap like we have at school.
