One can never say that they "can't handle the pressure". What one should say is "I can't admit to myself, or anyone else that I'm not strong enough". But being "strong enough" is a way to say "please others", forgetting about the self. It's always easier to take on the pressures of others, as the pressure we put on ourselves is the toughest one. So maybe "I can't handle my own pressure" is the most correct thing to say.
