Why, when I have set the language of my Pages document to English (UK) that's UNITED KINGDOM, does Apple insist on Americanising my words? (or Americanizing as Apple would correct it to) Every word ending -ising is changed to -izing with a Z! Why? Or even words ending -our; colour is changed to color, neighbour to neighbor and flavour to flavor. Urgh. You can't underline my correctly-spelt words with a wavy red line! They are correct! Stop enforcing the wrong spellings on me. I don't want my document to sound American. That would make me look stupid.
