I must begin by saying that I have most recently had a birthday, and as is inevitable, the day was compounded with various ups and downs. I can just about tolerate a social network message but one thing that really grates is when people send E-cards. Especially when they gloat about the time they spent on it. It's effectively a hyperlink so stop lying! It's just insensitive if anything. If you're going to boast about sending someone an E-Card rather than just, I don't know, talking to them you really should try stepping outside at some point. Seriously? It doesn't even save any time. Humph!
