The hose pipe ban has annoyed many people, but not the disabled.... Just imagine Steven hawkings in his garden with a little hose pipe saying " ha ha ha, I don't think I should have water this close to electric.... That's how I roll" - russell Howard! Made me smile so I had to share! :]
