Put 2 medium to large cracked eggs, 120g of sugar, 120g of margarine and 120g of self raising flour and a teaspoon of bi carb in the mixer. Turn it on until smooth. Pour it out onto a cake mould of your choice ( though something to bear in mind it is quite a small recipe ) and put it in for 20 minutes in the baking tray. Take it out and leave until cold. Poke lots of holes( though not very deep ) with cocktail sticks. Have 1 lemon squeezed juice mixed with 3 tsp of sugar, stir well. Use an egg brush to brush on the lemon mixture, and cover it.
