I just had my drama exam today - the final part of my AS drama, worth 45% of my final grade. I have a feeling that it went well, so that's a good sign.(:
One thing that I hate about exams ( especially drama wise ) is the examiners, they're supposed to make you feel relaxed and willing to do well throughout the performance, but every drama exam I've ever had (6 to be specific) they have always looked miserable and almost evil looking, which then makes you feel that your doing crap, which for some people - puts them off the rest of the performance or others just makes them feel that it's pointless, that they shouldn't try. We always get recorded, do I feel why not send that off to the exam board and have them mark it there. Then there will be no miserable old man / woman sitting in the middle at the front with a light on so that looking out at the audience all you can see is that almost bored looking face. That way everyone can relax and not dread having to perform in front of the examiner.
